“ITALIAN HOSPITALITY, ITALIAN RESTAURANTS IN THE WORLD”
is the Project promoted by Unioncamere with the operational support of IS.NA.R.T. (National Institute of Research on Tourism, a Chambers of Commerce company). Its aim is to enhance the Italian restaurants abroad, ensuring compliance with quality standards typical of Italian hospitality
This project selects and promotes those italian restaurants abroad that grant the fullfilment of the quality standarts, through a brand that evaluates the quality of the service and of the products provided. Each restaurant selected grants the respect of the “ 10 Q”, the golden rules of the contest. By doing so they extend the net of the professionals of good eating that have the exellence of the products and of the hospitality as their cornestones and at the same time they remark the italian features in the food culture.
