Licences

The company has to approach different authority departements depending on the type of activity.

In general, the first step  is the compilation of a special form to obtain the relevant license form to be submitted to the competent local authority. Normally, the timing of processing requests do not exceed 8 weeks.

The authorities responsible for examining applications are the following:

• Trade Licensing Unit: related to commercial activities such as opening a shop, engaging in street trading, social services, professional business consulting, manufacturing and services in buildings field.
