Trained at Milanesi and Pavesi job consulting firms where innovation and dynamism are a constant and where high professionalism is shared and managed daily; he met the world of large retailers, both in the metal and chemical industry, in multinational companies, and in technological services aimed at special administrations such as On Line information and Journalism.

He also developed skills in the field of relationships with social security institutions with companies operating in other European countries, such as Germany and Switzerland.
