The seasonally adjusted monthly unemployment rate for October 2022 stood at 3.1 percent, increasing by 0.1 percentage points when compared with the previous month.
Total guests in collective accommodation establishments during the third quarter of 2022 stood at 574,067 while total nights spent amounted to
2,930,893.
In the third quarter of 2022, the largest share of guest nights was reported in 4-star hotels, with 46.5 per cent of the total (Tables 1 and 2).
By the end of October 2022, the Government’s Consolidated Fund reported a deficit of €613.4 million.
