#CORONAVIRUSMALTA 03/25 102 NEW CASES OF COVID-19 REGISTERED

Another 102 new COVID-19 cases were registered on Thursday as one patient died.

The new deaths bring the number of victims up to 378. The latest victim is a 76-year-old woman who died at Mater Dei Hospital.

The new cases were found from 3,049 swab tests.

Meanwhile, health authorities said that 291 patients recovered overnight, bringing the number of active virus cases in Malta down to 2,049. That is the lowest number of active cases registered since January 8, when the number of active cases was 2,047.
