ENFORCEMENT OF THE ORDER REALATING TO CLOSURE OF NON-ESSENTIAL RETAIL OUTLETS AND OUTLETS PROVIDING NON-ESSENTIAL SERVICES - AMENDMENT - REGULATIONS (L. n. 170)of 2020/05/02
The title of these regulations is the Enforcement of the order relating to Closure of Non-Essential Retail Outlets and Outlets Providing Non-Essential Services (Amendment) Regulations, 2020 and these regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Enforcement of the order relating to Closure of Non-Essential Retail Outlets and Outlets Providing Non-Essential Services Regulations, hereinafter referred to as the "principal regulations".
In regulation 4 of the principal regulations, immediately after the words "Non-Essential Services Order, there shall be added the words "and the Closure of Non-Essential Retail Outlets and Outlets Providing Non-Essential Services (Amendment) Order, 2020.".
In regulation 5 of the principal regulations, immediately after the words "Non-Essential Services Order" there shall be added the words "and the Closure of Non-Essential Retail Outlets and Outlets Providing Non-Essential Services (Amendment) Order, 2020.".
