CLOSURE OF THE COURTS OF JUSTICE - AMENDMENT No. 2 (L. n. 177)of 2020/05/02
The title of this order is the Closure of the Courts of Justice (Amendment No. 2) Order, 2020, and this order shall be read and construed as one with the Closure of the Courts of Justice Order, herein after referred to as the "principal order".
This order shall come into force on the 4th May, 2020.
In article 3 of the principal order the words "and the registry" shall be deleted.
Any time limits which were suspended prior to the coming into force of the Closure of the Courts of Justice (Amendment No. 2) Order, 2020 shall remain suspended.
