Contact Sports Regulations, 2021.
In exercise of the powers conferred by article 26 of thePublic Health Act, the Minister responsible for public health, afterconsultation with the Superintendent of Public Health, has made thefollowing regulations:
Title.
1.The title of these regulations is the Contact SportsRegulations, 2021.
Prohibition of contact sports for persons under the age of seventeen.
2.Persons under the age of seventeen shall be prohibited fromparticipating in contact sports.
Contact sports for persons above the age of seventeen.
3.Any contact sports activities for persons of seventeen (17)years of age or over shall be regulated by standards published by theSuperintendent of Public Health. Date of remaining in force of regulations.4.These regulations shall remain in force until 11 April 2021.
